At Hargo Feeds, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient delivery service for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following confirmation of payment. Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.
Whilst we endeavour to dispatch all orders promptly, processing times may be extended during peak trading periods.
Delivery Services
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Free delivery promotions, where available, will be clearly stated on our website.
Heavy and Bulk Orders
Certain pet feeds, bulk products, and oversized items may require specialist handling due to their weight or dimensions. Additional delivery charges may apply to such orders or to deliveries within remote areas of the UK. If applicable, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any additional charges.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details via email once their order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Delays
Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Hargo Feeds shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Customers are requested to inspect their order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing store@hargofeeds.co.uk. To assist us in resolving the matter quickly, please include your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging where applicable.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Hargo Feeds cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
